When I got pregnant with Daniel I gained 10 lbs, lost 10 lbs then gained 50lbs. When I was 3 months post partum I lost 60 lbs and 2 years later I have only gained 10 lbs. All that up and down weight gain/loss in such a short time really took a toll on me. I am still 10lbs under weight. I don’t have the energy I used to have. My plan is at healthier and exercise regularly in hopes to get my body baby ready for #2. lol
I am going to be using this site for my 6 month exercise plan, using 2008’s plan instead of 2009 because it if better planned out. I am still planning out my meals.
